Remi Aiyela
Founder, Speaker Success Studio
Remi Aiyela is an experienced lawyer and public speaking expert with over 20 years of experience in the legal industry. Throughout her career, Remi has developed a deep passion for public speaking, recognising the impact it can have on an individual's personal and professional success. As a female of colour working in the white male-dominated legal profession, she had to build up her public speaking skills and confidence to survive and thrive in the industry. As she developed her speaking skills she came to be seen as an authority in her field and as a result, she rose to the top of the profession as an acknowledged subject matter expert. Now, as a sought-after speaker and coach, Remi uses her expertise to help others develop their communication skills and become confident, effective speakers.
Remi has spoken at a wide range of events, from small gatherings to large conferences, delivering keynote speeches, moderating panels, and anchoring events. She has also trained lawyers across the UK, delivering over training to over 5,000 legal professionals in that time. Her extensive experience in public speaking has made her a trusted authority in the field, sought after by clients from all backgrounds.
Beyond her work in the legal industry, Remi has also appeared as a guest speaker on TV and radio and presented TV programs. Her natural charisma and ability to connect with audiences have made her a popular choice for media appearances, where she shares her insights on public speaking and communication.
Remi is currently the President of the Gibraltar Speakers Toastmasters Club, where she helps members develop their public speaking skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. She is also an executive committee member of the Professional Speakers Association of Spain, which is dedicated to helping speakers improve their craft and reach new audiences.
In addition to her speaking engagements and club leadership, Remi is also a passionate writer. She is currently working on a book about public speaking, which will be published soon.
